The value of X at t is its ranking at t-1 (cumulative ranking). Ex: The X value in 2010 is 0 if its ranking started from 2003-2008) because in 2009 it was not ranked. Otherwise, the value of X in 2008 would be the cumulative of its ratings from YrBegin to YrEnd which is 4x2=8. Which code in Stata uses to calculate a type of value like this?
