Are there any packages for "factored regression"?

Craig Enders & colleagues are advocating "factored regression" as one approach to handling missing data. Is anyone aware of any Stata packages for factored regression?

I am not aware of any such packages but started a discussion at StataCorp many months ago; I have not heard anything recently but will try and follow-up with the person I was talking to later this month

clarification - this discussion started with a query from me to tech support (and continued thru several emails and someone promising to look into the relevant lit); I don't know what was discussed internally at StataCorp
