In relation to the doubt that I posted (about how to make a hexagonal map from maptile) in previous days I have advanced but now I'm stuck I think in the last step that is the generation of hexagons.
Where could I find information to generate hexagons from the coordinates that I have from my dta coordinates file. I would have to use some function or what would be the method to get such a map like the one attached?
I was reviewing the data that Dr. Asjad and Enda Patrick (https://www.hargaden.com/enda/eirtil...ties-in-stata/) put, and in the base_X and base_Y variables are both the same, what changes are the coordinates but I can not think how to do to get those variables from my data.
