Table of Percentages with super-columns?

Hi, Using Stata/MP 16 - I am trying to generate a table like the one below. Basically, looking at heterogeneity of treatment effect. I figured out how to produce a table with frequencies, but not with percentages.

Older than 65 65 and Younger
