Why cant i make a table?

Hello guys/girls

I cant figure out why i can't make this code work in STATA17. I need to make a table displaying my variable changes over a time (from baseline to outcome) that is also converted into percentage.

I am a novice in STATA and on STATALIST forum, so i hope my question is alright.
