testparm _IscXse* is not allowable here because although you have variables like _IscXse*, they are not part of the regression. You have to do -testparm D1._IscXse*- because that is what is in the regression. Similarly, for individual interaction terms, you have to include the D1. in the name. -test- and -testparm- only work with terms that appear in the regression.
