pmcalplot numeric

Hi, I am trying to make a calibration plot with 2 numeric variables using the pmcalplot function. I have done this before, but forgot what I need to add for the pmcalplot function to work for numeric variables, and for the life of me I can't find what is was. Does anybody know this? Thankyou!

The command pmcalplot is from SSC and its package includes a help file as usual. I have never used it but that is the starting place.
