Adding weights in the Oaxaca command

Good morning,
I have this simple oaxaca command:

oaxaca Y X, by(T) threefold(reverse)

I would like to add weight W for the observations, and export the table with results on Word. Unfortunately, it does not work like a simple reg command. Could you help me?
