Reshape dataset

Hi,

I would like to reshape/ reorganize the following data in a way that the "Signals" appear as a column. I have tried various versions of "reshape" without success. Would you be able to help? Thanks!

You already have a column Signals. So it seems there is nothing to do. I suspect, however, that I just don't understand what you want. As your post has gone unanswered for several hours, it is likely nobody else understands it either. Probably the best way to get help here is to show what you want the result to look like. Descriptions in words are often unclear.

Indeed. I read #1; thought but you already have such a column (translation of "variable"); shrugged my shoulders, and moved on.
