Merging Data

Hello Everyone,

I have got to merge two datasets together using lsoa; the first dataset has lsoa and other details. The other dataset is from 2010-2016. I have to merge and then do 2010 as zero and 2016 as (gent), which is in the data. Please, how do I merge these two datasets?

Please import the datasets to Stata and then provide a sample of both using the dataex command. See FAQ Advice #12 on how to use dataex.
