For my master thesis I am running a multilevel mixed effects regression and I read from previous threads that the commands margins and marginsplot only work for the fixed portion of the model. Why is that? And could I still plot my results with these commands anyway? Since my interaction includes one random slope I am wondering whether I could still successfully plot it with this command.
