I have a sample with acquiring and not acquiring banks. I want to adopt propensity score matching to match banks acquiring and not acquiring banks based on their size and country. After that, I want to run a logistic regression with the dependent variable as a dummy taking 1 if it is an acquiring bank and 0 otherwise.
I read the propensity score model but I don't understand what could be the outcome variable in my case. The dependent variable for me is the treatment (acquiring and not acquiring banks) but I read that the treatment cannot be the outcome variable.
How I Can solve it?
