  • Interpreting trendplot for difference in difference

    I would like to know if the trend plots attached herewith satisfy the parallel or constant trend assumption for a difference in difference model.

    Possibly. Why not just get around this problem by propensity score matching/IPW your pre-intervention treated units and then doing DD?

      I actually used PSM-DiD via the methodology proposed by Stuart et al. 2014 - Using propensity scores in difference-in-differences models to estimate the effects of a policy change. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25530705/)
