mode choice of likert data

Hello, I have an example of the image above for mode choice in a survey questionnaire. I have received the data of responses for each mode choice used and frequency

1. How do I create a table for all mode choices in one table made by respondents, rather than for single mode choice separately?
2. How can I then create a bar chart depicting this?
