profile likelihood confidence intervals

Hi Listers,

I am planning to use the approach described in this paper to take into account non-compliance and contamination in my analyses: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9160496/

I can calculate the relative risk but I am not sure how to calculate confidence intervals based on profile likelihood in Stata - is there an existing program that can do this?

I have not read the paper but the following may help: pelf (SJ), penlogit (SJ) and firthlogit (SSC); you can use -search- to find and install
