Highlight parts of smcl

Hello Statalists,

I want to highlight some parts of smcl log file.
For example, after running three regression models, is it possible by command to highlight two of them?

There is scope to insert extra mark-up such as using bold-face or a stronger or different colour.

Take any existing SMCL file and add extra mark-up. That is all I had in mind.
