Data structure question

Hi,
I need to gather firm-level data for 50 companies from 2000 to 2020, resulting in unbalanced panel data. I want to investigate the relationship between variable A (dependent) and variable B, both of which can be obtained from annual financial statements. However, variable C is only available at the country level for each year, with consistent values for all firms. Can I include it in the analysis? See image.
