How do I interpret interplay and the constant?

In my regression I have ideal pension age as my dependent variable. My independent variables are countries (Germany, the UK, Spain and Norway), gender and if they have children or not. In my assignment we have to do an interplay between countries and another independent variable, and I choose children. I'm not quite sure on how to interpret the results. My referance-category is the UK, so how do I interpret the interplay for the constant?
