ı fixed this problem, ı write here to inform you how to over came this stiuation. Firstly you should delete C/programfiles/stata17/ado files and C/ado/plus files. and than look C:\Users\IlterishKhagan\ado this files and delete them. And than open stata17 and install xtcaec again. its work .
