Multilevel Model without Original Data from Multicenter

I am wondering whether there is a way to run multilevel analysis without original data from each site because each site will receive codes or do file to analyze data independently. It seems to me that in some situations the stored outputs such as covariance matrix could be used to calculate the estimates.
