Unzipping the shapefile

When I unzip the shapefile, there is an error message showing the file is not found in the current working directory though I have copy pasted the zip file into that folder. It would be a lot of help if someone could help me with this.

Do you see that file if you type dir in Stata?

In all the cases where Stata told me it could not find a file, even though I was convinced it was there, Stata was right and I was wrong. Either the working directory was not what I thought it was or I made a typo in the name, or something else. I know that this is frustrating, but all we can say is check and check again till you find the error.
