I am testing whether x has increased more or decreased less than _cons in y




I can see that x is statistically insignificant

Would that mean that there was no relationship between increase/decrease compared against _cons in y?


Should I run margins for that instead?

y increases in x (not x in y). the result is not statistically different from zero, but the relationship is positive. the constant is a constant, so it doesn't change at all.
