I am using nldecompose command because it provides an additional component which is that it breaks the unexplained component into part attributed to advantage for the high group and disadvantage for the low group. So, I rather preferred nldecompose to fairly. However, nldecompose doesn't have any option for getting detailed decomposition (for explained or unexplained component coming through the covariates). Is there any way of getting so? Additionally, it doesn't provide predicted value of the probability, it gives raw difference. Any idea on how to get predicted probabilities for each group?
