Requesting help with outreg2 command

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have been using outreg2 since past many years however suddenly it has stopped working in my system. I even tried running the following command in other systems, but it is not working. It would be very helpful if you could please guide me in this regard. I am attaching a snapshot of the error here.

Programs "stop working" with a reason for doing that. The error report is the same, to do with not being able to open a file. Possible reasons are

1. Working in a directory or folder in which you do not have permission to write.

2. Trying to write in a directory or folder that is full.

outreg2 is from SSC. and not a program I ever use. Others may be able to say more.
