I am estimating a demand system with 4 goods, using aidsills command proposed by Lecocq, S., & Robin, J.-M. (2015). Estimating almost-ideal demand systems with endogenous regressors. The Stata Journal, 15(2), 554-573. .
I can use "aidsills_elas" command to calculate expenditure elasticiry, uncompensated price elasticity, and compensated price elasticity. Although I have derived the computational formula, I don't konw how to revise aidsills_elas.ado to get demand elasticity for demographic variables. Based on translating approach (Pollak and Wales, 1981), I introduce demographic variables Z in demand system.


This problem has been bothering me for days. I would be very grateful for some help!
