Metanalysis : effect size is very small

I am using the metan code and the effect size of the studies is very small (eg: 0.0152 , 0.0102) , the problem I get in the forest plot the effect size is rounded to 2 digits only (to 0.01) which does not help distinguish between studies. Is there any statement I could use to show effect size with 4 digits rounding or higher?

Thank you , I found the answer in another post . Use the dp(3) or dp(4) statement.
