Where to hire a stata developer?

I have recently developed a new variance estimator for a high dimensional linear regression model.
I am looking for someone to help me write an .ado file for a stata command/package to implement this. Where is the place to find people with stata developing experience?

I guess this is as good a place as any to ask. I also guess that most of the people able to do this would rather collaborate jointly, conditional on their agreeing on the merits of the estimator and due share in publication credit.

Yeah speaking for myself, I would never agree to develop an estimator my name ultimately won't appear on the paper describing and using it. That is, it's "ours".

What could be a strategy is to write a paper with your estimation method for a theoretical econometrics/statistics journal, and then have a spin off paper that programs the estimator and shows (more extensive) Monte Carlo simulations or some applications with a coauthor who knows how to program in Stata.
