Reporting fails in STATA 17.0

Hi statalist community,

I am running a logit DepVar IndepVar1 IndepVar2 i.fixed_effect1 i.fixed_effect2, vce(cluster LOCALITY). In the output, I am getting missing values for Wald chi2(35) and Prob > chi2. I am wondering if it is an issue or a non-issue. In this context, how to report the missing Wald chi2(35) and Prob > chi2?

Logistic regression                                     Number of obs =  5,966
                                                        Wald chi2(35) =      .
                                                        Prob > chi2   =      .
Log pseudolikelihood = -1587.9342                       Pseudo R2     = 0.0363

More information would help, but on that given the model isn't worth reporting at all.
