I'm still quite inexperienced with GEE models, hence I was hoping if anyone could help me with the use of GEE models. As my variable distribution appeared to be non-normal, I adopt the GEE model with the assumption that GEE is not dependent on the distribution of the data. However, it seems to be an issue that some of my data is log-transformed. So, is it possible to use log-transformed data for GEE even though the model addresses the non-normal distribution?
