    In the repeated cross-section data with a year, ID variables (each id has one obs of several variables each year). I give an example of several obs below.

    How are the "year" fixed effects defined?
    Because how I understand it is that all of the variables are year-fixed effects automatically if it is only one obs per year per person.

    The year FE demeans the values for all observations each year, in both panel and repeated X-section data. you'd include i.year as a variable (or areg or reghdfe with absorb(year)).

      Is there a way to test if there is an intensive effect of grants on enrollments to education?
