A ratio is just one number divided by another.

A percent is a ratio too, and could be either a percent change or a percent of total, and perhaps comes in yet other flavours I've forgotten about.

Hemanshu Kumar is right: we need please more detail on what you want. Otherwise at best we would be guessing at what you want and have to imagine your variable names, and the guess could jump the wrong way, and so on.
