Unable to install synth through ssc install synth

Hi,

I have problem installing synth through ssc instal:

• ssc install synth, replace

ssc install: "synth" not found at SSC, type search synth
(To find all packages at SSC that start with s, type ssc describe s)



But I manually add those ado, hlp, sthlp, plugin to the local ado path, I can't still run the synth command:

• Could not load plugin: /Applications/Stata/ado/plus/s/synthopt.plugin
• Estimating the treatment effects
• Could not load plugin: /Applications/Stata/ado/plus/s/synthopt.plugin
• Error estimating treatment effect for unit 3
• Re-running last -synth- command with output/errors un-captured
• Could not load plugin: /Applications/Stata/ado/plus/s/synthopt.plugin
• (error occurred while loading synth.ado)
• r(9999);

I have Macbook M1 Max with the Ventura 13.0.1

Could anyone advise me how to solve this?
