Hi all,

I am completing a meta-analysis on prevalence of disease in people consuming alcohol. I have a list of studies with odds ratio and confidence intervals.
OR 95% LCI 95%UCI

0.84	0.74	0.93
0.83	0.75	0.92
1.89	1.08	3.32
1.38	0.77	2.48
0.75	0.54	0.96
0.82	0.7	0.97
0.59	0.38	0.8

However on trying to perform egger test it requires me to declare my meta-analysis data using either meta set or meta esize. I have difficulty performing this. Would someone be able to guide me towards the next step? I have difficulty trying to determine the LogOR.

A question I have is, why are you pooling odds ratios if your interest is in prevalence?
