Create Age intervals

Hello,

Stata newbie here.
My variable (age in years) is ranging from 18 to 70 (about 150 observations) and I would like to categorize it into 5 categories.
1) 18-28 (years old)
2) 29-39
3) 40-50
4) 51-61
5) 62+
I need to describe the age distribution for a study.
How can I code these intervals?
