RIF Oaxaca blinder decomposition in Stata

Hi. For the syntax of Oaxaca RIF command, what should be the ideal input in the rif() option? If I use rif(q(50)) does that correspond to the decomposition at the median?
I'm running the following command -
oaxaca_rif wage age education sector tenure, by (sex) rif(q(50))

Just a clarification
It is not decomposition at the media. But of the media
basically what factors explain that the differences of the media median between groups 1 and 2
assuming rif is a good approximation
