Can I use a generalized ordered logit (gologit2) without first running the ordered logit(ologit)?

Hi there, I was using gologit2 for three category variables, and I got a similar odds ratio for all coefficients for both categories except the constant, when I check the oparallel the Brant is significant, so can I interpret the result as it is, can this happen?
