Discrete-Time Hazard: Period dummies predict failure perfectly

I'm carrying out a discrete-time hazard analysis and several of my period dummies predict failure perfectly. My question is whether I can omit them from the model or whether they need to remain? As you can see, the odds ratios for other predictors in the model change radically between the two models.
