Does Stata Markdown have a newpage command (like R Markdown)?

I have a Stata Markdown query. As I understand it, the Stata markdown command calls a GitHub-based version of Markdown which is a continuation of Pegdown. Does this version of Markdown have a new-page command (like the \newpage command in R Markdown), causing a new page to be inserted if the output file is a .docx file? That would be useful (I think). Or do users who want to do this kind of thing have to use putdocx?
