Data and variable do show

I am using Stata16. I am not sure about the wrong manipulation I just did but I am able to see both data and variables in the right panels after loading my dataset. I however can see both in the middle panel when I use the "describe" command.
Would you kindly assist with how I can restore my previous configuration? I am not a new Stata user ( albeit not well experienced as well) but this is the first time this happens.

A post by @Justin Niakamal in August 2017 in this forum helped me resolve the problem. Maybe I was too lazy to search for a longer time. Thank you for all the information contained in this very helpful forum.
