Difference -in- difference result in STATA

For the following output of difference in difference isn't the R-square and adjusted R square values too low. is this a good model?

usually, a DID regression has two groups (say, 1) treated and 2) untreated) and two time-period (say, 1) before and 2) after something).

Before I comment on the model, please tell me how many units are treated and untreated.

Thank you Carlo Lazzaro . I will see if the code should be different and check the useful links too. I did take post period as post 2008 and control and treated groups.
