Hello, I have a question regarding the analysis of this graph. The lines are from predicted fixed effect regression (green) and fixed effect ordered logit model (blue).
I used the same variables to compute the regressions. My question is what are the possible reasons for having higher predicted life satisfaction with fixed effect regression than the fixed effect ordered logit model?
I used the following commands to compute the regressions:
xtreg ..., fe vce(cluster) ---- fixed effects
foelogit ------fixed effect ordered logit model
I read the journals explaining the two models but don't seem to find one that compares each other directly. It would be appreciated if I get a hint/ idea on where and how to start . Thank you.
