Moderator analysis for panel data

I have panel data, 1 dependent, 1 independent, 3 normal control variables and I created industry dummies and well as a dummy variable for firms belonging to Germany getting a value of 1 and firms who do not getting a value of 0. I ran the random effects model already. But now I want to do a moderator analysis including Hofstede masculinity scores (so scores that do not change over time). How do I run a moderator analysis for panel data where the moderator variable does not change over time?
