Creating variable for change in observations but only by one country

I have a dataset containing deaths in countries by date. The problem is that all of the country data has how many people died that specific day, but one country has the total deaths. I was wondering if there was a way to create a variable for change in the observations for that specific country or change the current observations? Thank you in advance!

As reterieving the daily number of death for that country seems really unfeasible, I see two options:
1) if you're interested in the number of death per diem, the exclusion of the country whose data did not abided by that requirement seems hardly avoidable;
2) otherwise, you can switch to an annual metric via -collapse-.
