  • Ordered Probit marginal effects graph with mgen

    Dear Stata users,
May I ask if anyone knows about this, please? I'm using Scott Long's mgen command after ordered probit to draw graphs of marginal effects. However, it only generates predicted marginal effects for only one group in the dependent variable, while there should be one predicted marginal effects for each group of the dependent variable. Could anyone adivse, or suggest what to do if I need to have graphs of marginal effects for orderd probit model, please? Searching various sources I didn't seem to have a good example about how to do this. Thank you very much.
    Best wishes,
    Meng Song

I have an mgen example starting on p. 4 of

      https://www3.nd.edu/~rwilliam/xsoc73994/Margins05.pdf

Also consider using Nicholas Winter's combomarginsplot, available from SSC,

Many thanks indeed Richard. This is very helpful. Sorry I just saw this. I also found a good example via this link:

Hope this will be helpful for others as well.
