I was trying to import the shapefile and calculate the spatial weight matrix. But when I type the command below 
I got the error in return
I did some research afterwords, which suggests that there might be some variables in the shapefile are longer than Stata's limit. But I did not find any problems after checking the file carefully. Can anyone figure out the problem? Many thanks.
