I am trying to create an event study graph for a policy that was rolled out at different times for different units. I have event time as a variable. I have firms as my main unit but my outcome is visible only at the county level. I would like to create a graph in event time that shows one line the treated groups and one for the control groups. Unlike more usual event study graphs, I don't want to difference the two out so that I can more clearly see differences in levels prior to the event.
