  • Combining forestplot graphs with subgroup analysis

    Dear All,
I am doing a meta-analysis using Stata 16. Was wondering if I can create a forestplot with overall studies and subgroup (both forestplots) in the same graph as we create in Revman.
    I have used following command
    Code:
    meta forestplot, subgroup(gestational_age)
But this is giving a normal subgroup analysis stratified based on the subgroup analysis.
    Thanks in advance

    Dear Rukman Mecca

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding. If you are still in need of assistance, could you please point me to an example of your desired plot layout, for example in a published article?

    Many thanks,

    David.

Thank you for your response David Fisher
Here is the plot showing subgroup analysis from a Cochrane article. Can we create a similar one in Stata 16 with common null line?
      Thanks in advance

OK thanks, I think I understand.
Does the option nullrefline not give you what you want?
        Thanks,
        David.
