Prior Event Rate Ratio (PERR) and its confidence interval

Dear all,
I am trying to calculate Prior Event Rate Ratio (PERR) and its 95% confidence interval in one of my analyses. However, I'm not sure how easily it can be done using any command or codes etc. Please help me and suggest something.

Hi everyone, I am now able to calculate Prior Event Rate Ratio (PERR) as it is a ratio of two hazard and can be calculated by hand. However, I am struggling on how to calculate confidence interval for this estimated value as I'll have the estimate only. Any guidance will be helpful on generating confidence interval.
