miest could not be opened

Dear Stata team,

I'm trying to save miest file but i get the following error:

[mi estimate,saving (miest1):mixed Y X i.visit || PtId: visit, covariance (unstructured)
file miest1.ster could not be opened]

Please advice on how to fix this. Thank you so much!!
