  • Can you use the mi command with Prentice weighted Cox regression?

    Hi

I want to do multiple imputation analysis (using the mi suite of commands). The data to be imputed is from a case-cohort study nested in a multi-center, multi-country prospective cohort. The analysis approach is done in 2 steps. First a Prentice weighted Cox regression is done by center and then the center-specific HRs are pooled in a multivariate random effects meta-analysis. I used the mvmetaipd command to combine both these steps. I can also use the stsetcco command if I want to do these 2 steps separately. However, none of these 2 commands work with the multiple imputation commands (mi). I received an error message, "subcommand mi stsetcco is unrecognized" after running the following command:
    mi stsetcco, subjid(id) failure(ep1_chd) timevar(outage1) stsetopts(enter(ages)) subcoh(subcohort).

Has anyone any suggestions on how I can combine multiple imputation analysis (mi command) with Prentice weighted Cox regression (stsetcco command)?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know where this command comes from (please read the FAQ) and I can't find it but I can point out that the -mi estimate- command includes an option called "cmdok" which may allow you to use -mi estimate- with this command; see
      [CODE]
      help mi estimate
      [CODE]
